Nutritional Fact:

Healthier alternative to dariy cheese, cashew vegan cheese which is plant base provides a higher nutritional value to ones diet.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw Cashew nuts
  • 1 cup pimento pepper
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tbsp tumeric powder
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup Tahini paste
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp agar powder

Directions
  1. Select an appropriate dish as a cheese mold.
  2. Add cashew nuts, pimento pepper, tumeric powder, lemon juice, coconut oil,tahini paste, salt, garlic powder, all purpose seasoning powder and water to a belnder, blend until very smooth.
  3. Add 1 cup of water and agar powder to a pan and heat to boil, stir regularly for 1 minute.
  4. After 1 minute pour mixture into the blender on the cheese mix and blend until smooth.
  5. Moving quickly pour mixture into cheese mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour or until set.
