Nutritional Fact:

Granola healthy breakfast cereal which helps reduce cholesterol levels.

Ingredients
  • 7 Cups rolled oats (gluten free)
  • 1 Cup quick oats (gluten free)
  • 1 Cup unsweetened dried coconut
  • 1 Cup Sliced or chopped raw almond
  • 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan se salt
  • 1 Cup raisins
  • 3/4 Cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 Cup honey or maple syrup

Directions
  1. Blend sunflower seeds, honey or maple syrup and 1 cup of water together until creamy
  2. Pour the liquid over the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix well with spatula or hands.
  4. Spread evenly onto a baking sheet and bake at 170 degrees celcius for 3 hours turning it every 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool and Enjoy!
