Nutritional Fact:

Moringa leaves are loaded with much needed vitamins and minerals

Ingredients
  • 1 cup organic white flour
  • 3 cups organic whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar/honey
  • 2 tbsp refined coconut oil
  • 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/4 coconut
  • 1 cup fresh Moringa leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups pure warm water for blending
  • Makes one Loaf

Directions
  • Blend pure warm water, fresh moringa leaves and coconut to your desired liking.
  • Pour mixture into mixing bowl.
  • Add coconut sugar, yeast and oil, mix on a slow speed.
  • Mix in 3 cups of the combine dry ingredients gradually until moistened. Beat on medium speed for 2-5 mins
  • Add additional flour gradually until dough pulls away cleanly from the sides of the bowl.
  • Knead dough for 8-10 mins in mixer or by hand until smooth and elastic. (Additional flour may be used if necessary).
  • Place dough in a greased bowl and cover with loose plastic wrap. Allow to double in size or let rest for 30-45 mins.
  • Grease 9x5 inch bread pan.
  • Knead dough for 1 min then form into loaf.
  • Place in prepared bread pan, covering with loose plastic wrap, setting aside until doubled in size for 30-45 mins.
  • Pre-heat the oven to 300°F.
  • Bake loaf for 40-45 mins, do not over bake.
  • Remove bread immediately from pan unto cooling rack.
