Nutritional Fact:

Avocados are incredibly nutritious; they contain more Potassium than Bananas. Avocados are loaded with Heart-Healthy Mono-unsaturated Fatty Acids and Fiber.

Ingredients
  • 2 Slice of your favorite whole grain bread
  • ¼ Avocado
  • 1 medium tomato
  • ¼ medium red or yellow onion
  • ¼ sweet pepper / bell pepper (any color of your choice)
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • ¼ Tsp black pepper
  • ¼ Tsp Red chili flakes
  • ¼ Tsp lemon juice

Directions
  1. Add Avocado into a bowl and mash with a fork, mash to you preference smooth or chunky
  2. Add cut veggies (tomatoes, onion, sweet peppers)
  3. Add salt, black pepper, chili flakes and lemon juice and mix all together
  4. Add 2 slice of bread to your toaster or grill pan and toast until golden brown
  5. Add Avocado spread and serve with a simple toss salad
