Nutritional Fact:

Strawberries are very rich in antioxidants and plant compounds, which may have benefits for heart health and blood sugar control ( 1 , 2 ).

  • 2 Cups Strawberry
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tsp clove
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon

  1. Add to a sauce pan strawberry and 1 Tbsp water, when it starts to boil
  2. Add honey, clove and cinnamon and leave to simmer for about 10 mins or until reduced to a jam like consistency.
  3. Add to a small jar and store in refrigerator
  4. Add to your favorite Breads, Pancakes, Crepes
