Nutritional Fact:

Broccoli can add that needed fibre to compliment your next meal.

  • 2 head of broccoli, choppe
  • ¼ cup of craisins/ blueberries
  • ¼ cup of whole kernel corn
  • ½ cup of carrot, shredded
  • 1 tbsp of sesame seed, roasted
  • 1 small onion, diced (purple onion can be used as well)
  • 2 pimentos, diced
  • ½ tsp Himalayan pink salt/ salt to taste
  • 1 garlic, grated


  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of lime juice
  • ½ tsp of mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey

  • The broccoli can be blanched in hot water for 2 minutes, before chopping into medium sized pieces.
  • Add all salad ingredients mix well
  • Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad, mix well
  • The Broccoli salad can be refrigerated for half hour to marinate then served or it can be served at once
  • Serves 4-6 persons
